About us
DiaCCon GmbH is a globally leading company in the field of CVD diamond coating.
We are specialized in the production of high-quality diamond electrodes with long-term stability for water treatment (COD-removal)/disinfection and electrochemical synthesis and in the diamond coating of mechanical seals/bearings as wear protection.
In the last few decades, coatings have become increasingly important. In particular high-performance coats such as the CVD diamond layer make it possible to shift parameter limits or even develop entirely new applications.
The company, which is based in the Germany, is still fully run by its founders and is thus synonymous with continuity, a real appreciation of quality and a responsible approach to business.

The company DiaCCon offers crystalline CVD diamond coatings on metallic or ceramic components, in particular diamond electrodes (for wastewater treatment, disinfection and synthesis) and diamond-coated mechanical seals and bearings.
In addition to straightforward job coating, our primary focus is on joint process development with the customer in order to produce individual, diamond-coated components that are ideally adapted to withstand extreme loads.
Another field of activity is plant engineering.
Based on our diamond electrodes and electrolysers, we offer complete installations. Our compact electrochemical complete systems provide an inexpensive entry-level option for evaluation or smaller industrial applications.
These are "plug & play" systems which are easy to operate and can be designed so that they are capable of being expanded.
